Tiered Pricing

You will notice that there are 3 prices listed for each session below.

You choose what you pay. 

Your choice will influence the future of camp, and impact the lives of campers who don't have the resources to attend.

What is Tiered Pricing?

As a United Church Camp, our rates are highly subsidized to allow everyone the opportunity to experience a week at Camp. Tiered pricing allows you to choose how much you would like to support our goal of helping everyone come to camp.

Tier 1 (T1): Represents our regular subsidized rate - Tier 3 (T3): Represents 90% of what it costs the camp to have your camper with us for the week - Tier 2 (T2): Is a mid-point between the two.

If you choose Tier 2 or Tier 3, you will be allowing more campers to come who would not normally be able to afford to do so, by allowing us to redirect our bursary funds to other campers in need; you will be helping to balance out some of our operating expenses, allowing us to devote funds towards improvements and summer staff wages; you will be supporting a higher quality camp experience for all and investing in the future of camp.

For your camper to come to our regular overnight camp, it costs us: $717.23

Everyone will receive our same quality of care and commitment to excellence, no matter how much you choose to give.

We fully understand that there are some who can't afford our subsidized Tier 1 pricing, we encourage those in need to contact us regarding our Camp Bursary program.  sean@campmenesetung.ca

Extra-early bird discount (Pre-January 1st 2025): Register at 2024 rates! Save $15 on all camps!

Early bird discount (January 1st-April 30th, 2025): Save up $10 on all camps!

Sibling Discount: Save 5% on the registration of your 2nd, 3rd, 4th … camper!

Registration Payment Policy

For a spot to be considered reserved for your camper please complete an online registration, including using one of our payment options (online credit card, cheque, e-transfer, payment installments, third-party payment etc.) and ensure that a minimum of $50 non-refundable deposit has been paid. Your total balance must be paid in full before the first of the month of the week(s) registered for to consider your spot reserved. Thank you.

Refund Policy

If your camper is no longer able to attend the week(s) at camp that you have registered them for. You have the option of either exchanging the full registration for an alternate week at camp that is available; or receiving a refund for all, excluding your $50 non-refundable deposit per week. All refunds or exchanges will be honoured if requested before the first of the month of the week(s) registered for. Once a camper has arrived at camp for their session, refunds will not be granted if the camper leaves early.
